    I’m trying to get this to work myself, but I can’t figure out where to trim. I’ve got the AOB LEDs in the CH4x4 housing but the switch won’t lock in place. Where did you guys trim?

    If I remember correctly, I didn't actually trim anything. I just had to super-glue to keep spacing. These things come out of so many different factories in China, the chances of any 1 batch being the same as another are not great. I may have also swapped out the connector header on them because one was single piece construction and the other was 2 piece construction. I'm sorry I don't have any good suggestions other than "just make it work".

    As I remember it, I swapped out the actuator also. CH4x4 actuator in AOB housing with AOB circuit board to get the correct logo and new blue light. The circuit boards are keyed to the housings too finely to try and swap them around. It is bit "sloppy" but it does work. The CH4x4 actuator is a bit smaller and fits loosely in the AOB housing. So, when I activate the switch I have to make sure I get it to actually latch on. I kind of rock my finger a bit.
    In the reverse combination, (AOB actuator and CH4x4 housing) the actuator is too big and won't go into the housing without excessive trimming to the point the actuator legs would be compromised.
