I just got confirmation the order was received this morning and they will be going into production. As noted in the first post and a few other places, lead time quoted to me by the vendor was 5-6 weeks. Add a few days to a week for me to package them up and ship them out. Shipping is USPS priority mail, so 3 days or less within the USA. Canada is 5-10 days usually.

Sent in for an update on production. 6 weeks is Wednesday of next week, hopefully there were no delays. I will post when I get a response. I don't remember if I mentioned it, but the supplier of one of the connectors only had 70 pieces available, so I will have to stop taking orders at that point.

Thankfully I managed to find some stock of the relays as well, so they are on their way. The IDEC facility has been hit hard by COVID, and had multiple shutdowns of 3-4 weeks at a time due to COVID infections and is extremely far behind. The 12V version of this relay is not a big seller (unlike the 24V industrial version), and I have most likely depeleated their annual inventory single handedly, lol. Anyway, I got what I need so no worries there.

"They are expected to be ready this week or early next week." Hopefully they can sneak through shipping and customs between x-mas and new years.

Since I didn't get a shipping notification before NYE I'm guessing they didn't get finished. I will reach out again tomorrow.

According to the vendor, harnesses will ship next week. I guess the factory had a COVID outbreak in the town where they are located and had to shut down this week.

Relays and packaging are all ready to go.

OP, I screwed up and cut the switch portion of the harness by mistake. Do you have a wire schematic on how to the wire the switch pigtail to the module/relay?? Thanks :annoyed:

Yeah, we can get it figured out. Do you have a multimeter? Where did you cut it?

I'll get you some info tomorrow. It probably won't be until later in the evening.

Can anyone confirm if a latching switch is required or if a momentary switch can be user with this mod? I have a particular switch in mind but only comes in momentary. Thanks!

    For this mod, latching switch....

(Although you could THEORETICALLY do it by holding a momentary switch in long enough, I guess... wouldnt recommend trying it...)
