Hot damn! This would have come in handy so many times in the past. Big F you to engineer Dipshit who thought that reverse gear was a good idea

 

I'm expecting it about *now*.

 

I said the same thing. Whoever thought it was necessary to go 50+ mph in reverse should be fired.

 

Ordered! Ordered and recieved my 2021 on Nov.21, tucked it away in the garage for salt season. You know, don't think I ever even put it in reverse yet,LOL.

Sorry for the noob question, but how do I tell what switch size (small/large) to get?

 

The only large ones I know of are to the left of the steering wheel. The small ones are below the HVAC controls and in the overhead console. You can look at yours and compare.

How often will you have new batches?

I almost ordered today but I don't even have the truck yet so figured I'd hold off for now. Seeing how easy this makes 2Lo was one of the deciding factors in ordering an MT. This will be priority number one mod when the time comes however. I'll definitely want to get it setup for camping with the trailer this summer.

 

Yeah I wish I had heard about this a year ago lol. I have the smell of clutch memorized...sadly...

 

I don't have plans for another batch at this point.

For CH4x4, yeah it should.

 

To make sure I have this right: the size small switch is what I want if I'm going to put it in the center console, right? And the AOB light blue switch is effectively a "small"?

 

You want small. AOB sells both but most of the new blue are small. It should be clear in the description.

The only OEM large blank for 3rd gen I know of is for clutch start cancel for MT located in the cubby to the left of the steering wheel.

 

Thanks. Manual truck without tech package, etc. so I have a ton of room there.

 

That is exactly what I have in mine, I used the switch blank right below the 4x4 selector

 

That's my plan too. Seems easiest to have them next to each other.
