Is there anything special about the switch from you? I'm just curious if installment will be simpler with your switch or the same regardless. I'm in no rush so time isn't a factor.

Nope, nothing special at all. It's the same custom switch you can order from CH4x4 yourself. I was just hoping I could get the discount and pass it along to everyone here. They are making that a bit difficult at the moment. The switch from Air On Board is pretty much the same.

Thanks! I'll just wait then, unless everyone else gets their own switch I don't want to add any hassle for you.

I'd get the Air On Board switch but they are out of stock for the "small" center console switch, and the tall one to the left is occupied by clutch start cancel.

I will say the AOB "light blue" is a pretty good match for factory color, I have that for my fog light switch.

CH4X4 is in stock with everything. They just print up any switch that you order.

I was planning to order switches from CH4x4 but they are not very responsive to people wanting to become one of their "dealers". Which I find odd, because having ordered a switch from them myself, their service was fine.

I haven't even been able to place the bulk order yet and have been waiting for a response from them for 4 days now. I am looking into other sources, but in the end I may not be able to ship switches with the kit unfortunately. If that is the case, people that paid for a switch will get that $ refunded.

Am I right that any non-momentary switch would work temporarily while folks are waiting on their favorite 2Lo switch to arrive? Just in case folks have spares laying around.

Swapping switches takes less than 15min with only two parts to pull off (no fasteners), while holding a beer.

Correct. Any old toggle switch, or "push-on, push-off" switch will work.

Does anyone make a double switch that will work in the same stock location? All my holes are filled and I'm going to have to lose something.

I haven't seen any double switches. What do you have left of the steering wheel and in the overhead console?

There are a few fairly no-cut/no-drill switch panels for left of the steering wheel. I plan to use one when I need more room.

I had thought of removing the cup thing and installing a panel but I didn't really want to do that for one switch.

    Try these: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/dual-switches.588435/

They may not say what you want, but it can up your switch count without cutting the console.

I'm getting rid of the Qi charger switch and using its slot. I never use it, so it's really no loss to me.

I use it all the time but thinking about wiring it to have it on always but wondering if that could become a problem? EMF? Testis cancer?

I've always been afraid to put my wallet in that area with it turned on, in case it might affect credit cards or id badges.
