    Anyone have any trail carnage?

    Nothing major for me but
I lost two of the button head bolts out of my skid plates and trashed my air filter.

I'm afraid to look at my air filter. I forgot to put in my paper filter. So I probably need to change the oil.and I got a p0171 code twice while we were out. But it didn't come back on the way home.

My snorkel is notoriously for inhaling a bunch of dust when in a caravan/convoy.

The whole idea of a snorkel is to prevent just that tho....

    Too much tbh.

    - Alignment is out of whack
    - Damaged stock skid plate
    - One giant, thick pinstripe down entire passenger side
    - (2) gouges in the outside sidewall of one of my stock tires

Oh well, these things happen when out exploring the world!

Just had my oil changed, and they didn't mention air filter, but one of my tenants actually did my service at Toyota, so maybe he snuck a new one in there for me on the down low. Will check today.

Yeah I had to get an alignment yesterday too. Thank goodness for the lifetime deal from Firestone

I should probably change the air filter on mine but it's not too horrible. My alignment is fine still.

I shook mine out it was pretty a pretty impressive amount. But then I washed it out and stuck a paper one in while its drying.
It works by not pulling it from the wheel well (spl) I think that theres a different head helps with the dust.
My alignment still pulls to the left like before. Lol

I have one of those. I should do that this weekend. Always run paper on the trail and save the K&N for street.

I went to O'Reilly's to pick up a filter but the guy said if I can still see light through the filter than it's fine. I threw it on the ground a few times to shake the dust out and stuck it back in but still bought the wix one. Is he right? Or should I go ahead and swap them.

Yes and no, it would probably be okay to run your old one. But a new filter isn't that much and is good to replace after all the dirt we ate.
