    Flush mount next to hitch, just offset the plate to cover both!

    weld mounting tabs underneath the hitch support on the bottom, my ap has mounts that keeps the plug out of view and parallel with the ground.

    The only reason I don't want to do that is I want to keep the tube sealed up so it doesn't rust.

    With your front bumper, is it only the 3 bolts in either side holding it on? Or did you make some other mounting bracket
