Where are you taking it for an alignment?

I suspect it is due to your cam tabs seizing. I am pretty sure I am in the same boat. But plan to soak mine with penetrating fluid for a few days before I install my coils to see if they will break loose when I take it for an alignment.

That doesn't look like a lean at all! But obviously you see it more than anyone else does. I think I'm going to pull the trigger and put the clip at .85, with the factory 4 leaf pack in the back

Mark Miller Toyota, they were doing to leaf spring recall at the same time so was going to have them do it at the same time. 4wheel part wanted 130.

4wp is expensive, but one of the best alignments I have had on my truck...

My leaf springs are on order at MMT. Should be getting the call any day now. Makes sense though to kill two birds with one stone. Try soaking your cam tabs with penetrating oil and see if you can break them loose.

Thinking about doing this setup. Are all of y'all running the diff drop with the billies at .85 with the eibach coils?

No, my CV axle angles are good and didn't need to run them.

Anyone running these with the 5100's at .85 and the 4 leaf pack in the back? I have the 620's and the bilsteins set at 0, but would like to get rid of the rake.

Ok thanks. What about UCAs? Are yours stock? I've heard people have alignment issues with stock UCAs.

hey guys, currently running 5100's set at 0. Will be adding a heavy bumper to the front soon. To compensate for the weight, should I set the Billys at 0.85 or add a 1/2'' top plate spacer?? Thanks

Lift, armor and such. Money pit, check out the build thread...
Billy's at 0.85 didn't help me when I added a plate bumper, I'd go with the spacer.

Thanks for advice! Did you notice a big drop with the addition of the bumper?

Hi all. I have a 2012 access cab 4x4 sr5 and want to add billy 5100 all around, eibachs, and 2" AAL. I want to know if I set the Billy's at 0, would my back end be too high or should I stick with .85. Reason I'm asking is because I'm going to have the stock 245's for a good while and I don't want my lift to be too high yet with small tires. I will be getting bigger tires later on so it seems logical to throw in the 2" AAL now as I want lift for mild wheeling. Thanks. And will I need any other parts or will these items just "bolt on" without need for any parts?

If you are going 2" in the rear, I'd go with .85" setting up front for 2.5" total. Otherwise you'll end up with some pretty extreme rake.

Can anyone with DCSB 4x4 running the eibachs at zero setting on the 5100s give their center of hub to fender measurement?

    Thanks

5100s front and back. Front set to .85 with eibachs. 1/4 spacer for driver side and AAL in rear. Non TSB. Had light racing UCA installed also.

Im bumping this just beacause i literally skimmed the whole thread and saw 1 post mentioning the 2.5" eibach coils vs the 1.6 everyone has mentioned.

Why not just run the 2.5" eibach with billies at 0 and a 1.5" rear AAL?

Bump.. wondering if anyone has experience and lift heights with a DCLB with the billies @ 0” and the 2.5” eibachs w/ or w/o the 1/2” spacers.. I’m about to swap out the 1.5” coils and .85” Billie setting for this setup and wondering how much lift will be achieved.. want to try and keep it right around or just below 3”, hope to keep my stock uca’s for now.. thanks!

You will achieve exactly what you are looking for.
I have the 2.5 with an aal in the rear. I'll get a pic later.

I’ve been rocking eibach/5100 since 2011 and they’re still going strong 80K later.

On road is where these have shined..don’t get me wrong, off road handling has been great as well but because most of the miles have been on road, I really appreciate their on-road manners.

I wanted to freshen the suspension on the ole girl for giving me 107k of trouble free miles. It was a no brainer I went with the eibach 2.5” 600b coils and new 5100’s x4
