2'nd Gen - FabTech Add-A-Leaf Noise

I had a set of FabTech Add-A-Leafs installed into my non-TSB leaf packs several months ago. Since the install, a noticeable clicking noise began and has since gotten a lot worse. It only happens when the weight of the truck shifts fore/aft (braking/acceleration). I brought the truck back to the shop where they "realigned" the leaves but the noise has come back. Is this a normal sound to be expected from an add-a-leaf or is something amiss?

I have the same problem, I think I'll try the squeaky leaf mod with the bicycle tires when I have time. Post if you have another fix

 

What part number is it?

Will this work on a 2012 (3 + overload) 4 leaf pack?
