First time poster long time reader - go easy on me.

I have owned the truck for a few years and bought it used 41K miles (65K now) knowing the car history report had a minor front end collision on it. Everything seemed normal so I wasn’t too concerned. There was always very little clearance between the front driver side tire and its steering knuckle but no rubbing on my 265/70R toyo’s so I was okay. I was changing my oil and recently noticed a horrible rub on the inside of my driver side tire. It had finally been out of alignment so bad that the knuckle was making contact with the tire.

After taking to Mavis Tire (guys were helpful… even gave me a free tire on accident) they did an alignment and the clearance was fixed but only to about ¼”. So I decided to add 1.5” rough country spacers and a 2.5 rancho lift to the front. After these modifications I began to notice the steering wheel shaking when braking at speeds above 65. I also noticed extra shake in the steering wheel when driving off road (this consists of a few mud/dirt roads to get to hunting spots 5-6 times/season). I am going to try this fix (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/steering-column-fix.88077/ ) for the steering issue but any thoughts on what else could be causing it and how to correct the steering wheel shake when braking?
What issues will I run into down the road if I cannot address?
I have read the braking shake can be warped rotors but not sure if this is the case based on it only appearing after my suspension mods.

any help or input is greatly appreciated!

Update: took it back to the clowns at Mavis tire. They did not balance the front tires when they put new ones on. Got them to road force balance and we are all set! They tried to say it was my spacers at first then after they were done the guy said "oh yeah those things were way out of balance". Also witnessed an employee Windexing windows with a greasy rag.... will be going to ToyoTechs from now on...
