I may be interested in some parts if you wanna pm what you got?
My buddy had a yj on Oris and it was awesome. I am not really sure what the issues are, I suspect maybe lack of material to keep up with demand. Either that or just with so many people doing stuff the order list went insane. Another company with lead times not as crazy is Carbon Shock Technologies. I follow them on IG, they are working like 7 days a week with a small crew of people to try and keep up.

Well got the jeep done last week and finished up heads on a 6.0l.
Got my gearbox drilled and installed.
Cut and tacked my links in
Got the highsteer tacked up and steering wrapped up.
All thats left is the panhard, and shocks.
Finish welding everything up and move to the back.

Well finished up the passenger side inboard lower link mount. Lots of steel reinforcement

All the dom is cut and welded.

Steering gear is drilled and bushings installed

The driver side lower link is 3/4 of the way done

Next is struts and boom front is most of the way done, then on the way to the back end

Im just messing around guys. Thanks for all the positive input.

Well let me summarize where i am at.

The tcase is still out i need to rebuild it and then put it back in. Once thats complete then i need to build a crossmember for it.

    The front is almost complete

I had to basically cut the inner fenders out. Bent the hoops and had to push them out pretty far to allow room to be able to get out the master cylinder. I need to figure out where to put the fuse box.

Next is to Figure out the steering, this may be a little cumbersome.
But this is where i am now.

I wasnt sure if you were joking or not cause it a big dam undertaking and some could get discouraged. In my head i was like its a little late for that now as you are well past that point of no return lol.

Ha ha yeah the truck would be leaving on a trailer to the scrap yard at this point. My issue is im very particular on how things are made and installed so its very meticulous and causes it to take longer. With a deadline of may 1st i might have to extend it lol.

Your post last night had me worried haha, I was like no way reinstalling the ifs is easier than finishing the solid axle! Truck is gonna be sick when it’s done.

Ill take some pics this week but i got the fenders and everything trimmed from full stuff and droop. I have to redo the passenger side cause it rubs when the tire is turned passenger at full stuff. It rubs on the driver side but with how tall the hoops and struts are and how close they are to the master cylinder im out of options.

Im great at very little things, cutting inner fenders isnt one of them.
Looks like hellen keller took a sawzall to them.
Im probably going to make newinner fenders that bolt on.
    Two problems well three left
    1. The driver side hoop is in the way to the point where i might have to extend my main harness to get the fuse box over and mounted( ill take a pic), or put it in the cab.

    2. Steering is dumb. With rack and pinion that bitch nearly goes straight down. I havent found a good solution yet. The guy on here with the eyelet bolt keeping steering shaft from acting like a jump rope is fucken mint though.

3 and........ im trying to remember what the third one was..........

No its a barnes 3 link kit but i would order the ruffstuff kit. There products seem to be better and i like their heim joint sleeves better. Barnes shorted me parts not very happy with them. I like their trusses

My experience is the opposite. Ruffstuff was a mess when I called them after in stock parts hadn’t shipped for a week. I called and the guy said the order “should” ship the next week but they were really behind. Cancelled my order and ordered through Barnes. 3 link kit and y-link steering was 100% complete and shipped same or next day.

Yeah everyone has their own experience. Barnes sells good products, like their enduro joints. Barnes is faster with shipping i would agree. Everything ive gotten with ruffstuff has been great like their trailing arms
