Good job All-Pro! I see more of these bumpers on Tacoma's than any other brand. They must be doing something right.

how do the headlight guards attach? Do they need to be welded or just bolted?

I have a set that just landed in Calgary :D

The headlight bars are normally welded to the bumper and the center hoop, however I had them modified so that they are welded to the center hoop and then the whole setup is bolted to the bumper. if you want pics about how it was done just PM me.

Looks good. I ordered the triple hoops as well but never got around to mounting them. Did you have to do any fab work on the side hoops (besides welding them to the center hoop) to bolt them down? I also mounted a 30" LED lightbar similar to your setup and it's freakin awesome. Nice truck man.

I just had to make a plate like on the center hoop for the bars to bolt too. i basicly copied there design from the center hoop to the side hoops.
