searched various threads here in the Wheels / Tires section, but couldn't find it...

Do 2nd gen Wheels provide proper fitment on 1st gen 4x4?

I'm asking because I've got a 1st Gen ('96) 4x4 with some TrxUs M/T's on it... which are LOUD on the road... I can find several people selling their 2nd gen wheels/tires (the OEM ones) which I would assume are MUCH quieter on-road...

Was thinking if I could buy the stock ones I could use them for daily-driving and swap on the M/T's for off-road weekends or snow-days...

    ... any thoughts?
