My 05 Tacoma PreRunner, Long Bed, has now 88,000 miles and runs Super!
I figure with that many miles, which are 99.9% highway it is time for a suspension upgrade. I order the Rancho Quick Lift shock this morning along with Rancho rear shocks as well. I live in Florida so the total costs which includes shipping is $523 and change. I could have got Monroe's for Quick Struts for the front and Monroe on the back for around $437 locally but I believe the Rancho brand to be superior. I believe the extra costs for the Rancho is worth it. I have done quick struts and normal shocks so I know that I can handle the job. I also now that a front end alignment will be necessary after I complete the job. Any thoughts on my thinking that is probably time to do shocks front and rear and my decision on going with Rancho in-lieu-of Monroe? I just did a cooling system service including a flush which I will be glad to give pointers to anyone interested.
