Do you guys know if the 2nd or 3rd Gen Ditch Light brackets would fit on the 4th gen? I can get some 2nd and 3rd gen brackets for cheap but it looks like anything geared toward the 4th gen is $80 which seems wild for a couple small pieces of metal.

Just don't know if the hood bolt configuration is similar.

You liked those? I was hesitant with 15 reviews.

Sorry, just saw replies here. I have pics posted in the “What did you do…” thread, but here is a pic of light on bracket.

I could be wrong but from what im seeing, the rough country mounts have a wider pedestal stance / spread than most of the other available options...
I like that as light wont be over the hood / windshield view...
I just called them & got brackets only ordered, brackets with delivery $29....
Hopefully theyre durable & not a pretzel.....
Im far from a RC fanboy as majority of their stuff is budget, just looking at various other available brackets I think im liking the positioning of these more so than other options.
Hopefully its not trick photography & just ditch light positioned at an angle, but if you look at the brackets, theres more of a kick to it...
Its inline with the actual A pillar, not corner of windshield...

ok, so I had to look at mine from the front…I took a pic. You got a great price, can’t argue about that.

The lights do angle down and are pointed out about 45 degrees.

Looks like maybe its just trick photography...
Yours also looked kicked out quite a bit when looking from the front...
Majority of the pics I see looking head-on, the lights are inside of the hood line, right in view through the windshield.
As stated, at least it appears that way from majority of the pics.
As long as theyre not soft as pretzels, its a score for me....

Yes…and if you do what Slater did, you can score a set for a really great price. The RC brackets look similar in build to the ones I bought.

Those do look like they extend a good 1" or so to the outside, compared to mine.

Lol...I'll look at where my bracket and light attach, tomorrow. But I do think that is a bit wider.
