Manual trans supported? How about removal of the stupid secondary air injector and a block plate? Tune for those with real boy tires and a regear?

I have an access cab 2.7 prerunner with full pelfreybilt skids. Had to make a filler piece to bridge the gap between the ifs and trans skid. You may not have to do this since you modified your cross member for 4wd but I can't say for sure

Ive got an RCI front skid now, just not sure if the mid and tcase will work with my truck. The IFS skid does but thats not the tricky part lol.

Mid and t-case should bolt right up to the trans crossmember, but you'll likely have a gap between the IFS and trans skid.. You didnt modify the actual location of the cross member on the frame right? just where the mounting point is at the center of the cross member? if so i think you'll have to do something similar to me to get them to fit. Similar to what would be needed to make em work on a prerunner

What’s the consensus on the LCE header and the torque curve for those who have installed it?

obviously with the 2.7 the goal is to bring the torque curve down in the rpm band to make peak torque faster and give ya some more low end grunt.

also curious about the Denso 5345 plugs and if there’s any benefit to cooler plugs while staying NA

No plans for forced induction ever.

Yup, I have the RCI steel skid up front with 3rd gen 2.7. 15 min instal tops and easily removable for oil changes - it does have a cut out by the plug but I find it a lot easier (and less messy) to just take it off. Takes once dropping the filter on it with oil everywhere to just take the extra 5 min and remove the skid
