Everything I've seen is that the pistons and balance shafts are the weak points. But not until some pretty good boost levels.

I'll happily start with the stock Ecu as long as it can support my mods/need for power. And hey, first time ever tuning anything with a computer, nothing can go wrong!

Partially why I'm starting with a built engine and only a td04 turbo. Should limit me to about 16psi peak

Our software is available and actually cheaper than we initially quoted.
Support for 2.7 is being worked on.

The guys over at LCE will be putting up 1mil over valves on their website in the next week, give or take. Combined with their dual valve springs, should be a nice upgrade with some port+polish and boost.

Made a video last night with the new midpipe. Not too much louder than stock but definitely raspier when you get on it. Ive heard 4cylinders sound way worse so im happy with it

    Current setup:
    URD stage 1 SC
    LCE header
    URD power pipe
    Stock catback exhaust
    LCE lightweight steel flywheel
    Spec stage 2+ clutch
    5.29 gears
    295/70/17s

I am so happy you chose that clutch! @BassAckwards

Ready to do a turbo swap???? :D ;)

For that matter, had LCE started selling their 2TR turbo manifold?

You've got some good AFR's for sure. Using the MAP-ECU3, with the 5th injector?

I'm starting to like it quite a bit now that its getting broken in. Grabs hard but is still pretty user friendly with a lightweight flywheel & big tires. The LCE dual comp clutch i had previously was like an on-off switch lol.

Even though i literally just got the truck running right a few days ago, im definitely ready for a turbo! I have already thought about starting to piece together a few things and take my time about it so i can end up with something quality. What i really want to do eventually is have @Roostfactor build me a turbo mani outta some stainless since there arent any nice ones easily available. I have read too many stories about those mild steel ones off alibaba cracking around the collector and causing trouble.. im really gonna try to plan this whole thing out so i dont have to re-do it 3-4 times later on:D

I havent seen LCE's manifold up for grabs yet. Do you know what material they're going to use?
I was relieved when i saw those AFRs. Truck has been pinging bad under high load the past four months and ive been flying blind without a gauge. Stupid exhaust leak was wreaking havoc, never knew something i couldnt even hear could mess with things like they did. Yes, i am running the MAPECU3 and the 5th injector and the system is boost referenced
