I don't have interest in LT to be honest. Nice to have but not needed.

Just got my Tacoma prerunner off-road . What's a good trail to try out this weekend. I'd love to do Holcomb valley, but not sure if my 2wd and locker plus chains would be enough for the snow.

Any recommendations? Holy Jim trail looks fun in those videos posted earlier but I thought it was closed? How would you access.

    Any recommendations welcome .

Gonna be tough with all of the rain we're getting. Most of the mountain trails will be either closed or ill advised in fear of getting stuck or sliding uncomfortably close to the hillsides. Your best bet would be to head out towards Anza Borrego where there's less rain and it's a lot flatter for you. Check TrailsOffRoad.com for pre-scouted trails with write ups on that site.

Best best is to head out to stoddard wells. cleghorn and pilot rock are all in the same general vicinity on the way out the 15. Rowher flats out in Santa Clarita is also a option for beginners.

Pilot Rock was perfect! Great trail and great views! I had no trouble at all. Thanks for the recommendation.

    Thanks Ja!!!
Seems like there’s no real “simple solution” other than breaking down all the electronics?
There was a thread I thought I read something about removing the actuator, manually throwing the locker then putting it back together and cycling the switch... seems like one of the diagrams was addressing this in this thread.

There is a thread out there on removing the actuator to test it.

I'd unplug actuator first and cycle switch to sre if it still blows the fuse.
