    can I lower my 2007 regular cab with blocks if I have a helwig sway bar installed ?

    im pretty sure you won't. someone on customtacos is dropped i think 4"+ out back with a notch and helwig swaybar, and he said it works fine.

    will it reduce body roll if I lower the rear 3 inches with blocks

    you can do that with a bj flip and 1" coils up front and a 4" block in back (4/4). id say go with kyb or toxic shocks. i have 1" coil springs, 1" steel block and the extended U bolts for sale for $150 and if you just want the front lowered without the bj flip for 3" i got the 350z springs ($75) to do that. pm me for more info:D

    you should be fine with straight blocks. the general rule of thumb anything more than 3" you would need to get angled blocks
