    Anyone have the "vehicle specific connection guide" for the URD AIC/TC (7th injector computer)? My truck is a 2003, so a document for an 03-04 is ideal, but I can work with another version to see how much hacking up of the harness I would have to do instead of buying a $400 Boomslang Harness extension (BF13010) to tap into rather than the OEM wiring.

    It's unclear what features are included with the URD Additional Injector Controller / Timing Calibrator [AIC/TC] (included with 7th injector kit) includes. This vague phrase makes me think that it connects to the MAF since our trucks don't have a MAP sensor.
    The injector is controlled using map B in the R4 tuning software and it is a true 3 dimensional map table based on Manifold Pressure, RPM, and the amount of injector on time in milliseconds.

    So then IF the AIC/TC has that, there shouldn't be the need for the separate URD AFR Sensor Calibrator. But then this phrase on the AFR calibrator page makes me think that the AIC/TC doesn't do anything with AFR:
    The URD AFR Calibrator could be used by its self or with your current fuel controller. However it is best used in conjunction with a MAF signal calibrator like our URD Fuel/Timing Calibrator.


    **EDIT** The AIC/TC contains an internal MAP sensor

    get those 400-500 miles in for the ECU to be reset and then we can meet up again.

    Give yourself some time on the stock pulley and get then get yourself a Christmas present with. 2.2 a pulley.

    How did the intake valves look?

    Thanks! They looked good. The mechanic said it was super clean. Second gear torque is as much torque as first. It just goes. It’s nice. I’m just not sure if I can be in 4th at 2100 RPMs or third at higher RPMs.

    With the stock pulley probably you can, it’s the lugging where the ping will come on 1st probably

    Im feeling that it doesn’t like the lower RPMs. It would rather be in the lower gear and a little higher RPMs. So I’m just feeling it out and listening to it carefully.

    That's the way to do it, especially if you have a manual trans...high gear/low RPM is ping city if you get into boost. Best to wind up the RPMs in lower gear. If I'm loaded down with weight pulling up a slight hill on the highway I won't even touch 5th gear

    That’s what I’m feeling when I’m driving. Gotta downshift to boost. Like you said, can’t stomp on it when the RPMs are low. Gotta down shift.

    You can get the 7th Injector AIC/TC to come with the AFR/O2 calibrator (closed loop enrichment) built in. That’s how mine is. Only need one piggyback.
