    Well I'm 10 miles out of town so just going to a 7-11 to buy a 6 pack is a 20 mile round trip.

    I have a built Jeep TJ and an F-150 but I have way more fun driving the Tacoma, so maybe it is my daily driver....

    Glad to hear you have a solution for now.

    It’s a band aid fix because you should not need any fuel additive with a stock supercharger setup at 6000 feet stock pulley. You should be able to do that loop 6000-12000 if your truck is healthy.
    My truck does it all the time before I went to a smaller pulley and methonal
    .

    But if your driving it just a little and don’t want to pull things apart, (I get it)I guess your good.

    Well rotors coating is wearing off, so definitely needs recoated,
    The inside case looks like it wasn’t coated,
    Some wear marks on the inside case in the back from the rotors rubbing up against it.
    Are there deep wear marks there
    .?

    I purchased these rebuilt rotors about 30,000 miles ago from the high speed lab. It was pretty expensive so I'm not looking to do that again anytime soon. Any reason I can't keep running them? I did not have the case re-coated when I got the new rotors.

    The deepest wear marks seem to be the ones on the backside of the case by the rear bearings. The other ones don't really concern me. When I press new bearings into the rear of the case should I not press them in so far to help prevent the rotors from hitting the rear of the case?

    Rotor pack controls in and out. Needle bearing control up/down left/right.

    Wear on the case Is from needle bearings. Wear on the bearing plate or far end where the needle bearings go is from the rotor pack.

    I think I will give them a call if you think this wear is premature.

    I pulled it all apart to reseal with ultra grey as you were suggesting, but just decided to replace bearings again while everything is apart.

    If they are backed up 3 months I would send the rotors to Jon Bond.
    Their turn around is MUCH faster, a week or two probably.

    I was leaking oil between the rotor pack and nose cone, so I pulled it apart to reseal and replace bearings while I had everything apart.

    Is the wear on the rotors all matching? like both rotors have the same were on all three lobes, because it should not rub off like that afer 30k. not unevenly

    Yes all three lobes have similar wear marks.

    I called the high speed lab 3 times today to try to discuss this but never got through. I'll try again tomorrow.

    check your vacuum lines. As 1997 has said if your truck is not 100% you will get ping.

    My fuel pressure regulator line was leaking. Fixed. And no ping. 2000 rpm high gear full boost. Purrs like a kitten. However VP racing booster 1/3 of can upped my mileage by 2-3 miles per gallon.
