    I haven’t.

I’ve called maybe 10 times, left a few voicemails, and wrote them an email. No response back yet...

They’ve been pretty slammed for a long time now.
I sent mine in mid January and Just got it back yesterday morning.

Don’t worry though mine was in really really bad shape and needed all kinds of work. Even in normal times it would have taken a very long time.

    Speaking of which-

I’m very happy to hear that you got yours back, I’m in no immediate rush to have mine, just want some sort of confirmation that things are moving, so reports of returned units are music to my ears.

last weekend I replaced the valve cover gaskets and took care of the injectors while I was doing that per your suggestion in a previous post.

I know exactly what you mean!

Good deal, they’ve had mine since 1st of March for a routine rebuild. No response for of a month now.
Have given me many ship dates without following though. Hope to get it back someday.

I’m smelling gasoline if I’m heavy on the throttle.

Before I installed the supercharger I replaced the valve cover gaskets and took care of the injectors. I did a few test drives after the new injectors and the valve cover gasket repair and had no smells. Now with the Suoercharger it smells like gasoline a little.
But I’m still thinking it could be an injector not quite seated and leaking.

    Could it be anything else?

Otherwise the truck is running well. It can actually keep up with traffic!

I’m not 100% certain but it might have ping. It’s a very quiet sound around 2000-2500 RPMs on very little load. As soon as I hit the gas it goes away.

Yes Sir, paid for on April 20th after they sent me the shop tear down sheet. Including return shipping.
Last response from them was that they were still in business, and that they would finish my supercharger. Was not making noise and oil looked good.

Hi, This is Courtney from The High Speed Lab. I wanted to called to let you know that we are still working and planning on finishing your job. I don't have a specific date today but I'm calling customers that have been in here for a long time to reassure them their job is going to get finished.
    Thank You
    Courtney 314-488-1142

This is the last response I have received from them. This was in August. Have tried to contact them since with no success.

This High Speed Lab situation is starting to sound sketchy. I sure hope they don't pull a Pelfrybilt and drop off the face of the planet with a bunch of people's money/parts.

I'm pretty worried about it too. I've been calling and emailing every day for over a week to try to get my rotor pack warrantied and haven't gotten any response.

Idk what would cause a business to stop any communication but I can't imagine it's good.

I sent mine in the beginning of January and heard back right away.
And then radio silence for 2 months.
It turned out Wade, the shop foreman, slipped on a wet piece of wood and broke the ball off the top of his ulnar bone.

After that Covid kicked in and one of their key staff member was on maternity leave at the same time.

I think I spoke to them around April or May they said they normally have several superchargers in the shop at anyone time.
At that point they had 75 waiting for rebuild.
It seemed that everyone and their mother took the opportunity that Covid provided and sent in their superchargers for rebuild.

From the sound of it they are thoroughly overwhelmed. If I were them I would send mass emails and texts to everyone who is waiting.
