No idea either. I've had a similar experience. But I was able to get ahold of them this past week and mine is next up to be finished, supposed to hear back early next week. Total time from shipment to estimated completion was about 1.5 months to give you reference as to how long it should take.

Ok good to know, I shipped mine middle of October 3 weeks ago.

Anything has to be better than 3 months from HSL tho

Got my inspection from Jon Bond today,
They said just about everything that was done a year ago for 1500.00 by High Speed Lab was a disaster.

One of the worst rebuilt jobs that they have had to fix.

It’s going to cost 2000.00 to fix all the screw ups that HSL did and they just rebuilt it last year less than 30k miles but past warranty of 12 months.

1)The rotors and gears both have to be replaced because the splines were ground down and don’t stay in place.
    2) the thermal coating is half gone because the rotors were not prepared correctly.
    3) bypass bearings shot
    4) bypass sections were sealed with gasket maker instead of O RINGS,
    5) rotor pack seals were glued in with gasket maker to keep seals in place because he used the incorrect rotor seals, to small, and the nose oil was leaking pass these seals into the rotors.
    6) boost vacuum leaking at the bypass valve bearing area
    7) inside of case was coated with silicone.
    8) a new rotor pack plate is needed because the old one was drilled out.

ALL I CAN SAY IS IT COST ME TWICE AS MUCH PLUS BECAUSE OF THE POOR WORKMANSHIP
Here is my work sheet and all the parts that have to be replaced from Jon Bond to fix HIGH SPEEDS poor workmanship errors.

You can probably use this sheet for parts and prices for yourself if needed.
I have the grey 1st gen supercharger.

The only GOOD NEWS was running the 1.9” pulley shows normal wear to the bearings.

Man that sucks. Does anyone know if Superchargers Online does a good job? They claim to be an official rebuild service for Magnuson.

Man HSL had a seemingly good rep with John and after I had even talked to a representative on the phone and while they were super "helpful" and "knowledgeable" I guess it was for the best I didn't ever do business with them!

I used superchargers online because I wanted to get an oem rotor pack installed. They were awesome, communicated well, and had my supercharger back to me in a week and a half. Definitely on the pricy side but worth the piece of mind IMO.

Before using Superchargers Online I purchased a rotor pack from THSL and it wasn't clocked right from the get go. It was super noisy, and after driving with the rotor pack for just a few miles the rotors and coating got destroyed from hitting each other. THSL is a joke.

Man, sorry to hear that. Huge bummer to hear they did a crap job. Hopefully more can see your experience and stay far far away.

Not sure at this time, I think they should be able to weld to fill in and then grind it or drill.
It's not a weight bearing area, so I'm not to worried about that section

its a boost leak issue though. if they cut it as bad as it sounds the silicone might fail under your 12-14 psi of boost

does this adapter fit where the big port in the stock/ k&n intake pipe is?(shown in your picture) I believe the hole was for a silencer box with a breather line running off of it.

He said the boost leak was by the bypass housing shaft if I remember.
He said it all can be fixed but it was a hack job of a rebuild

This is a separate part item that I bought for the methonal nozzle.
There was no hole in that spot originally.

The nozzle 1st was just tapped into the intake section in the photo and then added the adapter because it’s much stronger as a separate piece to hold the nozzle.

You can drill the hole out to fit the adapter then if you want, unless it’s the return line from the valve cover hose from the drivers side

My Truck after 2 months of fighting me -a blown up supercharger and over a grand in parts Finally decided to pass smog! All the brand new sensors and cats are coming off to be stored so they are ready for my next smog in 2 years. I'm painting my valve covers and tensioner annodized candy apple red this week and rebuilding a new exhaust with my old cat shells( and next weekend the supercharger goes back in!

Anyone have the GATES brand part # for the supercharger belt? I remember that was the one everyone was running over the factory Toyota one.
