    Awesome, DM sent.

But for any others in need, I found an eBay vender (autoaccessoriesllc) that said they are drafting up the version posted further up the page. I'll update this thread when they are listed.

So another odd ball question, because this is turning into an adventure (rant at end):

Do any of you 1st gen (grey two piece), 2nd gen (black single cast) and 3rd gen (purely Magnuson upgraded latest version @1997tacomav6 ) have clear/distinct and accurate S/C part numbers on the units?

I do not see one, the tech did not see one but I'm pretty sure it never had one.

    ###RANT###
So HUGE thanks to @Shortman5 I have the "propper" CARB caEPA EO sticker installed (D-254-15 'black' edition). It has part #'s 00602-17620-201 through -205 and 00602-17620-260 through -278 specified on the sticker. The -15 EO letter calls out my model among many other Yotas and SC applications. Great right?

I called up the Smog place I went to as I get a free retry, I ask him now that I have the right sticker should I come over or are there other issues. He claps back there was no part number on the S/C so it will still fail visual. This is where I stopped being patient- I was composed when onsite as I respected how he printed to OE docs and showed the discrepancy and he wasn't an ass that day, but now over the phone it felt like it wasn't that he was on the spectrum doing a diligent job but simply acting in bad faith. Or put differently a Jordan Peterson described harmless man (ie: a coward with great potential of evil if unchecked) and now true douche colors while over a phone.

So something is worked up in me. Usually I'm all about the least resistance, just get past hurdle X and move onto the next thing, but for some reason I can't let this one go. I did NOTHING wrong, nothing nefarious like scraping off part numbers or intentionally putting on wrong stickers or trying to pass a brand X charger as a brand Y. Something, somewhere, is a teachable moment for someone and that someone isn't me. Because the way I see it is either the tech is right and somewhere between Toyota/TRD/Magnuson and California (insert more than one agency here) messed up really bad it was explicitly known to put part numbers on the chargers, much like its common knowledge legal guns require serial numbers (I know I know, shall not be infringed) OR this tech needs an authoritative 'we hear about this again and your license is pulled' refresher on interpretation of the EO letters. Simply put this shouldn't be falling on me as my registration deadline draws near and I'll be out of state on mil orders.

I have called, emailed, web-portalled the following:

Magnuson: (more a 'hey maybe your lawyers messed up cause you have a lot of product out there that apparently shouldn't pass smog visual despite all your $$ and efforts to get an EO number). They emailed back asking for pictures of engine bay and carb sticker (about to head out and do that). Same could go for HKS not having the multiple part numbers for their DLI anywhere on the DLI so by this logic it should fail too despite having not 1, 2 but 4 OE letters for the thing- but I don't think HKS is even in the US anymore so I don't think they care if caEPA is screwing them on this detail.

Toyota web portal: that sent my stuff to a local dealership that then emailed they can't help ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Toyota corporate: who is escalating to a case manager (shout out to Rebeca @ the corporate call center, just amazing)

caEPA: emailed- mailerdemon sent back- awesome, their email doesn't work, paging DOGE lolz. Fuggin useless and highlights why I was getting worked up with this whole thing cause I knew it would be a be a bureaucratic nightmare to unf*ck something not remotely my fault and those at fault will be behind a oceans worth of red tape.

BAR: (Bureau of Automotive Repair) who also- shrugs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Asked if I would like to launch a complaint on the tech- sure as IMO now he is in bad faith moving the goal post after the first interaction about the sticker- offers to refund me $8 for the fail cert and not $50 for the inspection- a kick in the ballz when again I DID NOTHING WRONG. BAR guy mentions in his report he failed to mention an S/C but stuff like modified MAF (completely OEM MAF and un-altered harness) and dinks me on vacuum lines etc (its a 20 year old truck, stuff has to get replaced and might not look factory routed). So fails me on 5 different line items/classes of stuff but an S/C not being one of them... Again I don't have blue NGK plug wires, red painted valve covers, holes in air box etc, its a pretty damn OEM looking setup.

BAR referee: Called to schedule an appointment after watching some YouTube vids. A really cool outcome is a one-off sticker + number on the blower itself that I assume tells future techs to smog the damn truck as whats on it has been refed and passed.

Anyone want to part with their TRD 6psi S/C pulley?

I believe all the superchargers came with a serial number not part number but I've never really looked, they all came with a smog sticker but every state is different for testing requirements. Denver for example doesn't even look under the hood, mine just has to pass the treadmill and that actually how every test should be

So the BAR ref in my area is pretty cool, pretty nice guy. He did measure the pulley though and I got popped on a rotted out vacuum barb plug I missed when I did my couple hour engine bay beautification before going. Really cool about it and the other mods in the engine bay, just doing his due diligence- gave me a print out on how to reschedule when fixed and it would be an easy pass after he looks at those two things again. Going back tomorrow but he gave me the impression he just puts the cert in the system much like a smog shop and I'm hoping to get something more than that (letter, sticker etc) for future smog shop episodes (HKS DLI, AEM water/meth, catch can etc).

On that note he didn't ask for an EO # for the HKS DLI, not sure if something changed and stuff wired into the igniter get an automatic pass much like AEM's water meth gets a "this doesn't affect emissions so doesn't need an EO" notation. He also noted the S/C should have a part number on it so I guess tisk tisk to TRD/Toyota and score one point for the original smog shop inspector. Oh he also noted he gets a lot of cars from that particular smog shop lol- dude is the Seinfeld soup nazi of smog shops, "NO CERT FOR YOU!"

I'm going to iron out the HKS thing since he seems very easy to talk to for future smog shop reference (and/or maybe get it notated somehow in some cert he gives) and I might even spend a few bucks to make some kind of cool S/C part number plaque or something and rivet it in the TB cable mount area or something (if I'm feeling particularly bored and want to really bullet proof the street lawyer'ness of the build).

So far the calories consumed by human labor in this ordeal have created more emissions than they've saved. Not to mention your extra driving all over the place. Glad the bureaucrats have warm beds to sleep on though /s
