    You can always just take the snout off and take it to a machine shop. I don’t think the supercharger has to come off for that if you decide

    TRD Supercharger and more.
    For the 2nd gen supercharger (black one), the proper way to utilize a modified 1st gen support bracket is to face the nub (make the front FLAT so the spacer sits properly on it) and then drill and tap the correct size hole/thread/depth. An "easy" job for a machinist, but it's usually not cheap for a one-off, custom job like this.

    Man I wish I could remember the guys username that just did it lol, he posted a photo in this thread I think or maybe another one...he just took the belt off and put a towel underneath the pulley and drilled/tapped the hole. Seemed pretty easy/straightforward

    hmm so i am thinking... install the lower bracket bolt, then line up the upper bracket hole with the spacer and use the spacer as a guide for the drill..... hmmmmmmmmm

    The original bracket has an oval hole to suck up against the supercharger up tight, so there is room for play.
    Not sure how the copy is made tho.

    I read your post .. too late I guess I just replaced my 02 sensors with the the ones that read wide band. can't i just tap into the wiring and run it to a separate afr guage?

    I bought one last night.
    $39.25
    My super charger has been packaged up to send to wade for about a year.
    I might pull the trigger and actually send it in for a rebuild.
    It needs new rotors. The old ones got cooked by a previous owner.
    It needs a new bypass valve too.

    How can it not make Boost? Zero boost?
    If so that’s the bypass valve not working. It has to make some boost.

    No, the sc would pull 19-20 lb vacuum but would not go past 0, just stop, and the valve worked perfectly, no holes in it, it would move the butterfly 90 degrees when running and when off, be open. Could have been the butterfly was adjusted wrong though but I have no way to check.

    I think I remember a sticker with numbers on my rotor pack section at one time.
    Could be that or a rebuilds reference numbers.
