    Shit that sucks, they should be able to hook you up since it's their fault. Superchargers are fun, but man they are a pain.

    Shouldn't unless you really screwed up your needle bearings. The housing should be straight, would take a lot to warp it.

    Sounds like rotors who aren't balanced/positioned right. Sounds like it's their fault.

    Yeah the rear needle bearings looked fine and still had grease. They went in very easy with the socket and press when I put them in. I have the worst luck ever I swear.

    Yea, not sounding good, don't you have to time and shim the rotors??
    Sounds like a timing issue and the rotors are kissing each other,

    I just bit the bullet (900.00) and had mine rebuilt top to bottom every 150,000 miles.
    I have 500,000 miles on mine with no issues between rebuilds.

    Yeah they were supposed to be pre timed. Not sure what the issue was. I just removed the charger and shipped it off to be fixed lol. They said they might need to shim the rotors or something.

    Plenty of time to save up 900.00 for another rebuild, :))

    Well a complete rebuild is 900.00, so it's going to be cheaper then that, :)))

    They did mine, complete top to bottom, every gasket, every bearing.
    Had rotors thermal coated also, thermal coating is 200 or so extra.
    Sometimes it's not about saving a 100 bucks, but having it done right the first time. Down time is not worth trying to save a buck.
    They know the Eaton TRD chargers inside and out.

    Yes they did find out what was wrong BUTmy supercharger showed up with one of the tabs snapped off !!! I was running the 2.1 pulley but went to the 2.2. I also am running the 2004 injectors.
