3" on 35s cutting

Can I ask what tires your running?

 

What kind of plastic did you use for the rear?

 

No tubbing here, and the only place I touch is at full bump. But hopefully when I finish my rear suspension I'll be able to dial up the compression in the front and keep that from happening.

 

Well i had it cleared on the STmaxx 315/75-16, which are a 34.45" something, then I switched to a 35-12.50 Toyo MT that is closer to a true 35, and had to cut more off the cab mount.

 

I finally found some 1/16" polyethylene sheets on Amazon. Pretty durable stuff.

Well just be aware that when you cut your fenders, they become floppy pieces of shit. Haha. Some people just let them flop I guess, but i made some braces to stiffen them and attached the liner to. Just FYI.

 

I'm running a 1" body lift so I'm hoping to not have to cut that much out but we'll see when the time comes. I know I know body lifts are bad but it's saved me a couple times from body damageoso it's probably going to stay.

For the floppy fenders just pick up a bracket that companies sell with the high clearance rear bumpers. Got one from pelfreybilt

Thanks. I used some aluminum strips from ace, rivnuts, aluminum sheet from lowes, and the polyethylene plastic i got on Amazon. Its 1/16" thick. And of course, a lot of time and templates. Haha.
