I’m looking for a single switch to put in the slot to the left of the steering column. I have one blank spot next to the traction control button. Is there a switch that is off in the middle then if I push it up it would go to my front light bar and if I pushed it down it would go to my bumper lights?

there are many, many 3 position rocker switches available in every pole configuration. Take your pick from the hundreds available.
