I ran 285/70/17 on a 2.5" lift. I ran them on stock sport wheels so I had to use spidertrax spacers though. You should be fine

Should be fine. If you have stock wheels spidertrax spacers might be smart

how about if I get some pretty offset rims, will it still have no issue?
I basicallly want the same setup your running as wheels and tires go.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
You can run 285s with no wheel spacers if you buy wheels with 0 offset or less, dont go any lower than -12 offset though. Check out scs stealth 6's

Do you mean no issue as in no rubbing? Because there is a good chance you will rub
