    some people will say extended brake lines and a diff drop and others will say nothing.

    play the brake line by ear and see how much play you have left in it after you lift...ensure that theres enough slack for you to fully flex your suspension

    diff drops arent necessary, but they can possibly extend cv life after lifting and keep a lot of the stock geometry of the front end if im not mistaken

    I however do have the extras, both diff drops,skid drop, hanger bearing drop, and extended break lines along with the rear shims. Not sure if it was all needed but its not expensive and I was ordering anyway.

    i on the other hand(on a first gen mind you) have done none of that

    and my truck rides nice

    my pass side cv is puking grease, but im still on the original pair and have never changed them. It also seems that the boot is just leaking or ripped somewhere and the cv is not blown out. 95K on that cv

    Tiger, I wasn't sure if I needed all that but I figured better safe than sorry some people say you need it others say it dosen't matter. I have never had this truck lifted without any of those things so all I can say is I haven't experienced any troubles. I have lifted all brands of trucks Chevy, Ford, Nissian, and GMC and never put on any of these things and haven't experienced any problems.

    so i was thinking about doing the revtec because thats what les schwab does and they put a lifetime warranty on anything they install, but you dont its just a spacer and would like to upgrade my shocks so what would work with the 3"? i dont want to max out the stock suspensions
