What do you currently do, eat, and how much beer do you drink? Is it light or dark?

Moar green less meat. Working out can be a big part of weight loss but controlling what you put in your body has the biggest impact.

I am not saying salads for every meal but having more greens on your plate than meat would definitely a good start.

A coworker of mine would bring a salad for lunch every day and I asked him why he ate so healthy. I guess he use to weight like 260 or 270 and he got his eating under control while he was out at work or something. He now weighs like 200 or so.

Plus anyone can cook with meat. Once you can make a plate of veggies taste good you're really cooking :D.

Bake some chicken or fish, throw some mixed veggies in the oven in a separate pan. pull out some beans (I like pinto) and put the beans and meat over a salad with roasted veggies on the side :D

You can always to the lean cuisine meals as well. My roommate never complains about those :notsure:

I had a tofurky thread, think the mods deleted it

But its alot easier to take 500 calories a day out of the diet then for someone to burn 500 calories a day exercising (let alone 500 calories of fat) especially if they have not been as physically active as they should. The old "you put in what you get out" saying comes to play with loosing weight :p.

Did the briefing and everything, weather started coming in but we were told to go anyways, and as soon as we're flying we had to land....

Wasted 4 hours, because we have to brief again when we re-try the sortie!

It just means that instead of having Monday off, I have to do that sortie over again.
