I was thinking about getting 35s for my truck but i hear that you have to regear it to have power at high speeds. So what would be some good gears to go with? Also i was wondering if anyone had pics of how much they had to trim off to fit 35's? I have a 6 inch fabtech lift. thanks

4.56 will the the closest to stock with 35s

4.88s will give you a bit more get up and go, but as you get up to higher speeds you will be sitting at slightly higher RPM

This chart breaks it down really well, I believe this is at 60 mph:

4.56 will use your stock carrier, but if you go 4.88 you will have to get a new carrier, and at that point, it only makes sense to get an ARB locker put it as that acts as the carrier.

    Hello and welcome.

For sure the bumper will have to go, and you'll need to plate the cab mount.

Here is a good thread to start with

I guess we should ask are gonna wheel the truck or are you just have it for looks?

If it is just for looks you can probably get away without much trimming.
