Does any one use 3M wax or sealant ? The first time I seen it was yesterday, at a NAPA store. How would it sack up to Meguiars?

I've not used it. But they get good reviews on the Autogeek forum. I do think some of the newer Meguiars/Griots/Adams/Sonax products probably consist of more modern/updated chemistry. The 3M is older tech. That's my understanding, anyway. Take that with a grain of salt. Lots of speculation in that regard.

You tried anything in that new BF line? I can't tell if it's replacing previous products (rebranding) or just additional products (new line?).

Haven't tried the 3M stuff, but for my money I can't beat the simplicity of some McG spray wax after a wash and if it hasn't rained much and I've only seen the pavement, 20 mins with a couple of good microfibre towels and the McG Quick Detailer is the ticket. It didn't rain here (or at least my truck was garaged when it did) for almost a month and I didn't wash it once, but with a quick once over weekly it looked showroom fresh the entire time. If you try the 3m and can compare would love to hear the results though!

Edit: I DO a clay bar, polish, wax, seal routine in the spring and fall as well but nothing more than the quick spray stuff otherwise and it holds up well
