What is the goal for the height up front or is there now too much rake?

I felt the same way. Went with the 887's and it gave me 2" so lowrange hooked me up with 1/2" spacers. It kicked me up to 2.75" of lift but hindsight i should have stuck to my guns on the triple 8's

Any pics? How did you lift the rear? My thing is I don't mind the height of the rear stock but I don't want the rear in the air, that's why I was thinking just one AAL instead of 3

Careful with single leafs they tend to be thicker for more lift but can be very stiff. Progressive packs are going to ride closer to stock.

@smitty99 you think just putting 6112 up front will help clear 285's all around?

Lift won't Clear them. You'll need to CMC if you plan to wheel 285s without rubbing

I have 285s when I did the lift I left the stock a arms had no rub. Took it to dealer for alignment and rubbing like crazy took it back they said all rubbing gone and nope rubbed like crazy up front. So changed a arms and no rub just need to go get another alignment.

There is a common misnomer that lift alone makes room for bigger tires.

True this time I'm going to an OffRoad shop and then I can trim and chop the cab mount from there

So I'm thinking leaving the rear stock and just raising the front enough to level with the 6112's to fit the 285's. The front hub to fender is only 1" lower than the rear. Without a bigger lift do you think the stock UCAs can still bring the alignment in spec?

Leveling the front will definitely get rubbing with 285s you need at least 2 inches up front, to clear the 285s

Yeah I went ahead and changed them after I got the alignment and it rubbed like crazy but it didn't do it before the alignment. I bought some jba OffRoad upper a arms. Just need to go back to get the alignment done with new arms

So you didn't need the UCA's to begin with?

Rule of thumb is the closer to 3 inches of lift you get its recommended you change out the upper a arms that way you can get back in spec on the alignment. I should have went to an off-road shop to get the alignment done being that they would know more about lifted trucks. At the dealer they just hook up to a computer and do what it tells them. So you may not need to change them
