I live in Waipahu. If there is anything I can help you out with LMK? I'm fairly versed with these truck and the suspension. You can take a look at the links in my sig.

Yes, it does need to be adjusted accordingly. Here’s the tire pressure calculator for a stock trd sport:

That’s probably where they should be at, check out tire pressure calculator.

E loads ride very stiff, this is why I prefer C load.

So if i got a full icon system, new leafs, coils, shocks etc… but kept the km3s it would still ride just as rough?

Thats only for load, no one needs to run 40psi on any E rated tire on Tacoma unless hauling.

It will ride like shit and burn center tread off if you run 40psi unladen.

It may actually ride stiffer? (Depends on what their coils are rated at?) The new leafs will probably increase the load capacity of the rear. (It's good if you're building an "overland" truck?) Does Icon make C/O's for a 6" lift?
My truck rides softer than I actually like. I have OME 2887 coils which have a 590 spring rate. Too soft IMHO. I'm considering switching back to the stock coils. Which has a 700 spring rate. (Stiffer)

Misconception is that 6" lift doesn't weight more.

Bigger tires, heavy rims, drop bracket, heavy knuckles means the suspension has to work harder.

A properly weighted spring and shock are the way to gain ride quality.

The big thing that drop brackets do well is suspension angles, the arms and tie rods are usually much better off than a 2-3" lift.

Have you actually weighted the crossmember? LMAO!
    This isn't my first rodeo.
You have some things correct but mostly assumptions.

He's running stock rims and 33" tires.
Everyone set up will be different.
These truck take a lot of tweaking to get it correct. (Believe me I've been down that road)

This is more likely the reason his truck rides like crap.

    LMAO

    Good retort.

I've installed many kits on many tacomas. Weight kills factory shocks. But you enjoy giant spacers.

    Ha.

E load tire will require more psi to support Tacoma unladen.

If you look at my screenshots, you will see SL supports 2121# at 30 and E load 1935# at 40 psi.

Yes, e loads ride very stiff, this is why I avoid them. And it will not burn the center off, why would it? It’s the correct pressure for the weight.

It's correct pressure for the load. E's are assumed to be used on heavy trucks. Tacomas with 40psi have no shoulder wear. Even tundras have majority center wear at 40psi or higher.

I got the Fox coilovers that BDS has as option, and for the rear, I got Deaver to make a set of 5" leaf springs, still using the rear Shocks that came with the BDS kit. Rides great, I'm sure I'll upgrade the rear shocks at some point

Ive heard things about how its not the best to run only blocks for a long period of time. Is this true? If so whats the reasons?

Blocks get fatigued just like any other metal and break

The tire doesn't care if it's under a F350 or a Nissan B2200, weight is weight. E load tires require more psi to support the same weight safely on road at speed. They can be tough and able to go slow aired down for off road use at crawling speeds, but they can't support the same weight at the same pressure and happily drive along at 60mph without building up heat. See pg 11 for a P vs LT tire load inflation table - https://www.toyotires.com/media/3729/application_of_load_inflation_tables_20200723.pdf

So do you have to change all of the other metal suspension parts too?!?!
