According to the above diagram if I remove the leds from my third brake cargo light and then install an led light in my cap and tap into wire number 1 and number five I should be able to control this light from the cab cargo switch? Thanx.

Finally installed a set of bed lights (third-party off Amazon) and took some photos of installation inside the cab. Right now this is simply my placeholder to post photos & a part number when I get home.

So I assume in a 3rd gen Access Cab the OP found the light green wire extending from the relay he installed TO IE1 but found no light green wire extending FROM IE1?

I had to buy that wire from the dealership and install it into the connector. No wire tap, just connect right to it.
Since there was no switch or relay, I had to buy the piece for the switch, the switch, the relay and the green wire.
I will post a pic with part numbers soon.

Inside the cab. It’s on the other side of the bed light switch panel.
You should see other relays or at the very least a relay “bus bar”

Cab..but your SR most likely doesn't have the terminals to attach to the relay.

Here are all the part numbers you need if you don’t have the factory deck lights.
If you have the power rear window, you will need a different housing.
And if you don’t need the Squatch lights or don’t have the A/C power switch. They are easy to see in the parts book.
Housing. Description base, switch hole NO.1
    55446–04030 – CO
Deck lamp switch. Description deck lamp part number 8426-0C020
    Relay 90080–87026
    Wire - terminal, repair 82998–24290

    Just need qty1 wire?
This wire is where you connect your lights 12v (switched) I assume?

Since you don't have the Cargo Lamp green wire going towards the high mount stop/cargo lamp..then yes.

This is what I installed in the box of my 2017 TRD Access Cab.
I will have 3x ways to turn on the lights, manual switch mounted in the cubby on the left side, remote control fob from a relay under the hood and soft touch controller from inside the cab.

I'll get some pics uploaded tonight with a bit more detail as to how I wired the truck up.
