Hello! I'm looking for some seemingly obscure dimensions after searching everywhere.

If it wasn't for this quarantine, I'd simply measure a local member's 3rd gen.

A - the distance from the top of the bedside plastic to center of the bed rail
B - the distance from the top of the front bed plastic thing to center of the bed rail

If you could, let me know what the dimensions are for A and B. Also, does A stay consistent along the distance of the rail?

So it looks like A and B are 2.125"

    Can anyone else verify?

I'd like to get a number of responses to see if there are any variables between them, specially with the installation of the front rail.

I'll go measure mine, be back in a few minutes.

Edit: hard to be real precise because my shell covers the bed rail. But 2.125 for both looks right.

I'm interested in this bike rack as well so If you'd like I'll measure mine later today and send the dimensions your way.

Also I know its designed for soft toppers but could the rack work with the diamond back cover as well?

I am not sure if it will work with a diamondback cover, but stay tuned to that thread for a 3rd gen update!

    Also, Thanks for the measurements!

Bump! does anyone have a measurement of the width of the bedside cap? I'm interested in the distance from the bed rail to the outer most edge. Widest part would be fantastic!

Sorry for the delay. The A measurement is pretty much the same as what everyone else said 2.125. As for the B measurement... it turns out I don't have that bed rail :notsure: hahaha
