Anyone have a fix? I’m about to off this truck because of it. The dealer just says, “can’t duplicate”.

Grease your u joints. Mine were bone dry I just did them yesterday. You should have 2 up front if your a 4x4.. i now have no more vibrations that contribute to rattles...
And also check you passenger side dash pillar mine was somehow popped out and I popped into place. I read on the forums this is commonish

It’s the pax side tweeter and A pillar rubbing together. I noticed it on mine too. Not sure how I can fix it but usually I just touch it when it’s raddling and it stops. Maybe some rubber between the pillar and speaker grille will fix it.

Have you tried pushing in on the pillar mine pooped in apparently it was popped out. Doesn’t seem to rattle anymore and I agree some rubber should solve it.

When my truck is cold (below freezing) I would get the rattle at the right side tweeter. I bought 30 cent piece of craft felt at Walmart, cut off a small piece, and jammed it between the tweeter cover and the A-pillar cover. Problem solved, and it does not show.

    Just getting started...
After 11,000 miles on my `18, I've noticed it sounds like the strip along the forward side of my dash against the bottom of the windscreen seems to be making noise as well. Don't know if maybe this is what's going on with yours as well.

Mine did this. Passenger tweeter grille. I shoved some electrical tape in the gap between the pillar and the grille. It’s all good now.

My dash made all kinds of crazy noises beyond the passenger side speaker grille, ended up stuffing this rope foam down between the dash and windshield and it took care of it.

Possibly. It started near the tweeter and now it seems like the entire dash rattles along the windshield.

Coldest day of the season and my freaking rattle is back. I put the felt tape on every connection point (and the headlight sensor) last year, and the rattle was eliminated until yesterday. Uggh - I HATE rattles.

Mine came back as well....right passenger side corner. Gonna put some sort of padding where the dash and pillar meet.

I wish that worked....but once you know it's there....you can discern it through almost any background noise!

I had the same A pillar/speaker cover rattle issue. Cut a heavy rubber band in half, about 3 in. long and carefully tucked it in to the seam, so far so good. Gave the dealer a crack at it, the fix lasted a couple of months.
