I've drank with Canadians too. We were DESTROYED by the Aussies.

They hung in there with the Germans quite respectably. Even outdid the Italians, and they can drink too.

No one, and I mean NO ONE, could out drink the Spanish.

 

Think I won't be going overseas. My buddy is in Spain right now on vacation with his wife, I'll send him a warning text. Thanks for the heads-up.

On my casino incident, well aren't I the f*ckin' idiot! Ok, so I got approval from my insurance company and the waiver of my deductable. All good, Right? Go into the bodyshop to get it repaired, thinking I could just make an appointment to drop it off and get it fixed. After the back and forth between me and the guy at the desk, it turns out NO, I first need to make an appointment to have an appraisal done. First available date, July 31st. So first I need to wait 3 weeks to get that done, then they will schedule a date to actually fix it. Also turns out the brake light isn't working. So into the dealer for a new bulb, but get this. The parts guy goes and gets the bulb, hands it to me, and says "No charge". What? When does a stealership give you anything for free?

 

Wow! Seems like a hassle to get insurance work done there.

 

Ya, that's the fun of having a Gov't run monopoly on car insurance.
