Oh yeah. One wheel only for the stock jack.

I have a 20t bottle jack that I would trust, but the floor jack is much nicer and easier of that duty.

Anyone else with a third gen jack up the front using that middle bump right near the oil pan in the previous pictures? I did so yesterday to get jack stands seated and noticed the driver side was like 2 inches lower than the passenger side with both tires off the floor. I was on a completely level garage floor. Is this taco lean or is my Tacoma crooked :)?

Are you saying you noticed the frame was uneven when you went to insert the jack stands?

It's normal. Mine does the same, and so does my car which as a lift point in a similar location.

Same here. Just an imbalance in weight form left driver to passenger side, right?

Myra because I had the jack stands prepped at the same height and slide the passenger one in with ease and then got to the driver side and couldn’t get it under the frame and noticed is was much lower than the other side. So I had to jack up the front a bit more.

Typically you will see crossmember damage if it is used enough. It’s not rated as a jacking point, but many do use it.

I have lifted the front end with a floor jack and a 4x4 spread across my arb skid where that lifting bump is. Has worked great and more even and stable then just using the bump.

Yeah I wouldn't try that. In my experience, the factory skids really just provide an audible warning that you are doing something stupid. I wouldn't want to put any weight on them. Mine had quite a few dents.

I needed rear axle droop for what I was doing. That's why I used the four jack stand points on the frame.

If you are using lumber under your jackstands or jacks, please dont use pine, it will crush way too easy. I use scraps of LVL beams to set my jackstands on. But a 2x4 pine block does work well as a pad between the floor jack and truck.

Lot of comments here about using wood blocks under the jack stands. Generally, this is not recommended. If you are going to do so, make sure the block is a single piece and is significantly bigger than the jack base.

I have found that a 6 Ton jack stand is plenty high enough for the front of the truck and a 3 Ton jack stand is high enough for the rear without any blocking needed.

Don’t use factory “skid plates” as a jacking point. This is just nuts

Ditto on the Esco stands- Those HF ones are junk. They recalled a bunch of them, I looked at the replacements, looked identical. Junk Chinese pot-metal.
