3rd Gen | Stock TRD OR 16" Wheels | 255/85 R16 Tire| Bilstein 6112 | SPC UCA

I've got 255/85 R16's on stock OR Wheels. As we know, they don't rub anywhere (except mudflaps at full turn and crunch). That said, they are pretty close to the Stock UCA.

I'm getting 6112's installed at the end of the month and was contemplating have them install SPC UCAs.

I'm concerned that the new UCA will be bigger (or differently shaped) in a way that makes them rub.

I could do spacers but then the tires will rub.

Has anyone run this set up or have thoughts on if this will work?

 

I have 285/75s on the stock OR wheels no spacers or anything with SPC UCAs, no rub on the UCA.

 

Thank you sir. Those are 11" wide so the 255/85's should definitely be clear of the ucas.

 

You selling your old UCA?

 

I specifically avoided JBA because of the noted rub with 255/85 R16, and put on SPC since reports i read are they work with the stock OR wheels fine. Then i got 265/75 AT3 wildpeaks anyway because they were a lot cheaper… they are running great. I don’t think 6th gear will ever work on the interstate if i had 33s, rarely holds that now.
