Well I did a little experiment because I wanted to see if the OEM Blue in the Toyota Hilux vs the Toyota Tacoma was really a complete Color-Match.

I did my little Disassemble Video for you guys to convert my own TRD Red Start/Stop Push Button to show the process of what all it takes to just change out the TRD Red Push Button. That way people know if they want to go through the process or not.

You can see they are both identical. However, I recommend when taking a picture, it is definitely best during the day

If I understand you correctly, the last picture is the Hilux red plastic button switched to the original Tacoma PTS body...? That's great to know that the LED's are the same color. I wonder if the color variation has to do with the opaque plastic used in the red PTS button... Oh well, it's definitely close enough and doesn't get noticed by anyone. I love my button BTW.

I think it definitely is that. The LED coloring is the same. Yes. The picture on the bottom is the OEM push button from my stock one. I just am using the Red TRD cover.

By the way...I just received another 20 Push Buttons. I’m planning on running a Tax Season Special here soon people on these so stay tuned!!! It will be until the 20 are gone and that’s it so they will go fast!!!

Yeah, Tufskinz are not know for their affordability. However, I will go to bat on their quality. I've been rocking their letters on my TRD skid plate for over 2 years, and they look just as good as the day I applied them. Buy once, cry once.

 

I have their cup inserts. A little thick for my taste so I haven’t pulled the sticky sheet off yet. They stay put pretty much though.

My vendors want me to actually send them my pieces I have covered and they want to make them OEM pieces for me to actually install in my truck not as stickers and then to have to sell, but I don’t know. I’m not sure how big of a hit that would be.
