Hi guys I had a quick question, I recently ordered 5100’s and new springs. However I didn’t order them assembled, Does anyone know the part number or a good place to order the hardware to assemble them so I don’t have have to take apart my stock stuff for it?

After you jack the truck up and put it on jack stands. Move the jack to the lower control arm and jack it up to compress the spring .Just need to remove the lower shock bolt and the slowly and i mean slowly release the jack hydraulic and lower the control arm then remove the top hat nuts and shock top bolt. Then pull it all out. Reassemble the new set the same way, but in reverse.

There are some videos on this too, just be careful.

You can also take them somewhere to have them done and/or installed if your not that comfortable as you'll need an alignment after anyway.

I was scared the first time I did it, but it is very simple to do. I mean the coil isn't preloaded like on a fox, icon, etc... and it's not a super heavy rated spring. I am a idiot and I got it accomplished.

Yeah I’ve helped a few buddies with tundras do them. I was debating ordering new strut mounts but I think I’ll save the money and dis assemble the stock struts.

Yup, guilty on the set up, still trying to get the rear end situated. Have shocks and extended brake lines ordered from headstrong. Just waiting for the email to go pick them up

:sorry: in the year that I have been doing runs and what not I have met a couple hundred people between t4r and TW. Plus it seems like I attract white trucks, the last run on pilot rock I think we had 6 white rigs and 4 colored. Lol

I have an extra used set that I was going to use to put together 6112's but I got a deal on the 2015 Pro suspension so I don't need them anymore. Figured it would be easier to put them together so I would just have to swap them out. Once that stuff gets here and I know I don't need them I would let them go if your interested.
