I like the look, looks great!
But off-road I would want more tire, less rim, it should be ok for most off roads though.
But I just wouldn't attempt any deep mud/rock crawling. But that's just me.
Have you taken note of gas mileage with these vs stock?

Does trans hunt for gears or want to stay in 4th crushing around 70mph? I have similar set up gen3 TRD with 285 nittos on 20's with 3" lift. Brought it in to have the TSB done to fix this issue. Tech told me that my model didn't need any of the updates that it was the tires causing the problem. I've had several trucks with oversized wheels and tires never a problem but this is my first taco.

Lots of differences in this package and the regular 285s you see. Wheel offset, aspect ratio, etc.

So are you guys joking or did you miss the first joke about the good lawyer being an oxymoron like jumbo shrimp? I guess if I was a lawyer I could take offense to the joke.

That is exactly one of the issues for the TSB. Go to a different dealer. I have the same issue, no lift, no mall tread.

If someone likes something different who cares - it takes all kinds to make the world go round. There's a certain aesthetic to having big wheels - if there wasn't then almost every show car / truck wouldn't have extremely large wheels. Even Black Dog said he ran spacers partially because he likes the aesthetics of them. I doubt anyone would call him gay for liking something that he felt made his truck look cool, but weren't necessary for off road performance. OP do your thing brother - don't mind peeps on here who don't have anything nice to say.

Do you know what the offset is on these wheels or part number so I could look them up. Looking to go the same rout but I don't want to lift. Thanks

I looked on fuels website there's also -12 offset. I'm also curious in the offset he's running? Also any lift?

You could have found plenty of examples down at your local mall. Typically in the food court parking lot. Just look for all the rich 20 year olds with the flat brimmed hats that say bro alot

Mine is same as yours so gives me some perspective how those wheels will look on my truck.

It's just me but I don't like large diameter rim wheels on any truck. It's fine if you don't plan any serious off-roading and asthetics is more of one's concern.

Planning to get a 16" wheel with 30" Toyo mud tires after my 3" lift project. Will post some pics after this conversion.
