bh808, like your stance with your 20’s, and your lift. Looks really great and, in my opinion, a perfect match.

I think we are in agreement. Get wheels that serve your personal needs and use. There is no right and wrong set up. Did o ever say street is better? I said it’s the other spectrum. To do rock climbing 16‘s give you the sidewall you need

I go in deep nasty sand. You want to go wide to float. Height of tire serves no purpose unless to accommodate the width you need. So in Hawaii you’ll a lot of negative offset with widths like 10,12,&14”
The old Baja Belted were awesome on the sand. Mud terrains aren’t the best in sand but with the tread patterns being kinda a hybrid nowadays they’re your best option. Plus nothing looks better and sounds better then a truck with big wide mud terrains hauling ass down the road. It screams I’m a bad ass truck

Forgot to answer your street tire better in the sand question. I believe that the path of least resistance meaning a tire that doesn’t dig or bog will always prevail which would be the street tire. Street tires won’t get you out of a flood situation or anything else that renders using your 4WD or off-road abilities. Those are the reasons I own a Tacoma
    Go anywhere almost any terrain.
FYI my truck isn’t $4ok bone stock was $50k and he’ll yes I take it to it’s limits off road.

No way going fit stock without major trimming.
If your going pay for the wheels and tires just get some coilovers and max em out w/UCA’s you know, what these clowns call a lift
If you stack em with a spacer lift really going fit then you can get a real tire.
Cheapest way for get 4 to 5 inches no cutting crossmembers. Hawaiian style lift right there

    They do look great.

    However...

I drive fast on rough rock roads a lot. I want all the rubber and soft 30 psi air I can get in my E-range KO 2's, to soften and absorb the blows, and that works for me.

Shredded tires are no fun, and jarring hits not to my liking.

Yup, that particular situation makes complete sense.

    Agree, I have 20’s and 33” 12.5” and wish I would have went 17” or 18”
with more tire. Looks very poser, and I actually use mine but again too bro.

Nah if the MT are being used for what they are intended for then you’re an oxymoron. But what do I know
