3RZ EGR valve gasket

    TRD S/C, ADS coilovers.
    You could always fab a EGR cooler. EGR has actually acts as knock suppression, so you might find that you start to knock without it. Just something to keep in mind.

    Unfortunately, I haven't done that on a 5VZ before. I would imagine the process would be pretty similar. Does the EGR system pull gasses from both sides or just out of one of the headers? On the 3RZ the process was fairly simple: Pull all the EGR stuff off, reroute the Throttle body coolant lines to bypass the EGR valve, Cap off some vac ports, install a 10k ohm resistor in place of the sensor. If you have some pics of the EGR system, I could possibly help you to figure it out. Just LMK
