It goes pre-turbo between my filter and turbo but I just have the filter and pipe off at the moment.

    Where is the MAF located?

In the charge pipe in this picture. It ran with the maf located here before so didn’t think it could be an issue.

Where does the hose at the back of the valve cover, near the firewall, attach?

Are they both clear hoses and "v'd" together, then into the catch can?

Also, your point about the power steering hose. That raises and eyebrow.

I’d hook your idle air control tube back to your intake

The pcv runs to the valve cover vent line and then they both run to the catch can. The power steering hose confused me as well. The iac valve is definitely something I am working on getting hooked up. Just needs to be pre throttle body right? I’m thinking I’ll pull it off and clean it for good measure. Could be dirty and I don’t know it.

My setup is very close to yours. Add a little stub. I think 3/4" on the other side of the coupler. Clean the whole throttle body. The idle valve should open and close easy. It sits part way open default.

My power steering. I run 2 parallel lines vented to atmosphere down. Not sure if it's right, but it confused me to keep it hooked up. Think it's just a high pressure release valve that never goes off.
My wastegate and bov still run off the manifold port and the other open vent on the tb is capped.

All I use to keep it simple stupid is brake booster, manifold port(boost gage, wastegate and bov), and idle air control. Everything else is capped or vent to atmosphere.

That is exactly what I had planned on adding on. Might just Jerry rig one for now to see how well it works. My buddy that does my tig welding for me is out of town at the moment. Still makes me run back to the load deal though. So my power steering vacuum lines are hooked up exactly how factory would do it. Might just take those lose and see. I have my iac, throttle damper, power steering and my boost gauge off throttle body while I have the other power steering line off manifold and brake booster off manifold.

Totally get what you mean. What was not used to seeing boost is now having it shoved right into it. I’m gonna do some messing with the vacuum lines and delete what I can do without. The iac looks pretty clean and moves on its own. I’m gonna put a bung on the piping so I can add that in. See if that changes my idle or anything.

Progress! Hooked up my iac and got rid of a lot of vacuum lines. I have my iac vacuum hooked up, fpr, bov, and boost gauge. Truck idles but it idles down to about 435 rpms with an 82.5% load. I’ll get some scan tool screenshots and post them. @MadTaco461 what does your maf sit at in a idle? I think this could be my issue. We’re getting somewhere now :D

I'm around 1.0 v at idle. 750rpm once warmed up.

How is your maf mounted in your piping? Any baffles to it? I’ll have to check voltage to it. My scan tool reads it in lb/min which doesn’t quite tell me what I want to know.

Just like the picture above. I made an air straightener for the high rpm stuff. My piggyback pulls in voltage from the maf and I alter the signal. I can't use the calculated values.

Do you have a picture of how it looks from the inside? Think this might be the cause for my high load value. It might just be seeing too much air for sure. I’ll snap a picture in the morning of the inside of my maf pipe and see what you guys think. Maybe it will take some tuning for sure with my caibrator. What calibrator are you running?
    Thanks @MadTaco461

Use the insert closest to stock. I pulled all the way to 4.95 volts. Really doesn't help with idle though.
