    only 26000 on the truck,

only thing i can think of is throwout bearing, but then again only 26000!!! so i have no clue

My truck does something similar. I just bought it, so not sure what mileage it started at, has 44k on it now. Mine sounds almost like a power steering pump whine, not super loud but noticeable for sure. Light pedal pressure does not stop it, so I think I can rule out the throw out bearing. If the clutch is all the way pushed in, it goes away completely.

The local Toyota independent garage noticed it and commented on it, but not sure if it's normal or not. The dealer mechanic said it's normal, but I'm not sure if I trust him, he never left the lot with the truck, no test drive. I am just trying to compare my noise with what others are experiencing.
