So I have read the reviews and threads and I have a chance to get 4.56 gears at a killer deal.

Which would be better? 33" tires and no plans to go bigger mostly hgher speed runs...

33's and mostly higher speed stuff. I would ask why change at all? Save the money.

Yes, and even with 35s, my 4.56 gears give me more power than stock gears with stock tires.

    33 & 4.10 or 35 & 4.56 best matches

4.56 & 33s is overkill for on road purposes...good for wheeling slow, but not for DD
