So the dealer put the TSB 4 leaf springs on my '09 DC SR5 to fix a vibration issue (long story, don't ask). They didn't put the Bilstien shocks in so I am feeling jipped. I have an open case with Toyota right now over this whole issue. Is it worth making a huge deal out of them not putting in the shocks?

The OEM TRD Bilstiens are not that great of a shock...Your better off with the 5100 series instead.

Non TRD trucks are supposed to get the Bilsteins TRD trucks do not because they already have them. I see nothing else in the TSB to indicate anything else in regard to the shocks.

Yeah, I know that. Mine is a non-TRD. Should have gotten them. I am starting to think I don't care though.

I have non-trd and got the Bilsteins installed and just like Chris4x4 says, there is not a significant ride difference in my opinion.

Shocks won't do it, but it appears that the springs have eliminated my axel wrap problem. To bad I now have new driveline vibrations between 15 and 30mph and above 50mph........

    A few.

If you don't a a TRD package then you not suppose to get the Bilstein shocks put on just a another set of the standard black shocks.
