I should get some pics of how much I cut. I also need to touch up the leading edge with some paint so it doesn't start rusting.

Ha, probably next year. I have family in AZ so I'd love to go visit and do some wheeling.

In that case, I would build "B" but add a couple gussets at the rear end of the hitch.

I like overbuilding stuff because you never know what you might hit with it! (and still need to tow out or recover off of)

Those 35's look great, Jon!! As for the bumper, I like B... Here's are some sketches I drew up for my bumper a few weeks ago... lol Look almost identical to that gold truck's bumper! :D Only differences is that I'm going to make mine higher up, I'm going to use square tube for the whole thing (including the bedside/taillight guards) and they'll be a slightly different shape. I like the directio your truck is going in!!

Measured everything out and just brainstormed....

Hell I'm not quite sure now. I'm hoping by July and save up to stick an ARB in there. It keeps getting pushed further back now that I have a welder and want to play with it. :D
On top of a bed bob and new bumper, I want to box the frame while I'm at it.

9/2/14 Edit: 4.3 Vortec installed, NP3500, custom NP233 transfer case, high pinion dana 44 SAS with ARB, 4.88 gears, bobbing the bed, 5" lift, boxed rear frame, custom s10 fuel tank mount, etc. 12/16/13 Edit: Currently tearing down a 2000 Blazer to transplant the 4.3 Vortec and 5spd manual transmission (NV3500 I believe) into the Taco. It'll pass CO emissions when done. Planning to post a thread once complete. E-Locker, budget CAI and exhaust, Warn Powerstation, Addicted Off Road bumper, ToyTec OME w/AAL lift, aftermarket stereo w/10 inch subwoofer (only cool when you realize how I fit it in a reg cab truck), dual lexus horns, roll bar, off road lights, CB radio, Powertrax Lock Right locker (front diff), ejecto seat, laser/phaser/ion ray gun, oil slick, heat seaking missles...
I know you said you were sticking with the hopes of an ARB locker, but fyi there is a guy on Denver craigslist selling an e-locker with 4.88 gears and 4.88 gears for the front as well for $750.

Nice find, I would've seriously thought about it if I hadn't blown most of my cash on the tires and welder. :( I'm hoping to get enough saved up by mid-July.

    Thanks for the heads up!

It's perfect for Monte though haha:D

Yeah, flares too. Still need to figure out how I want to attach the bottom portion of the flare to the fender.

Also started prep on the bed bob today. I don't exactly have everything figured out yet, but I thought plans will probably change a little while I'm working on it anyway, so why not get started.
